Hi y’all! I’m Katlyn! I’ve been a Licensed Esthetician for over 10+ years now & Certified Lash Stylist for 7 years. I specialize in eyelash extensions and brow services! I have experience working with all different type of natural lash types and offer multiple styles of eyelash extensions and colored lashes. All my work is listed on my website and my social pages as well for reference. ☺️ All services are non-refundable. You have 48 hours after your appointment to contact me if you’re dissatisfied with your lashes so I can access the issue and get you in asap to fix/redo them if needed. If you are experiencing any type of reaction to the lashes please reach out to me asap for a removal. NO KIDS ARE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO. NO EXCEPTIONS.. Your eyes are closed for the duration of your appointment so there is no way of being attentive of children during that time. No extra guests will be permitted as well without approval or they are getting serviced as well. My studio is now home based so this is to respect my space and avoid any issues. When you arrive for your appointment please text me and let me know and wait in your vehicle. I will let you know when to come in for your appointment! Please wear no eye makeup /clusters/ strip lashes to your lash appointment. Please come with CLEAN lashes. I will charge an extra fee if I have to over-clean or remove strips/clusters residue/strip lash glue or mascara from your lashes beforehand. Lash refills are required at least every 3 weeks. All new clients will be given a free aftercare kit to help keep lashes healthy and clean. Some clients may be able to go longer due to hair growth cycle but 3 weeks is recommended for upkeep. You MUST have at least 40% of your lashes for it to be considered a refill so it is very important to prebook and upkeep with your lash refills. If you book a refill and come in with barely any lashes left I may have to reschedule you due to timing. Please be advised you may also have to pay for a full set. •CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY• If you no show for your appointment without reaching out you will no longer be allowed to book with me. I have a 10 minute grace period for refills and 15 minutes for full set appointments. Any time over that I will have to get you rescheduled. If you do need to cancel for any reason please just reach out to me beforehand. I charge 20% of your scheduled service for no show/last minute cancellations. Please respect me and my time since most cases I am booked back to back and have other clients who may need your missed appointment time. Please be advised I have the right to refuse service to anyone if my policies are not acknowledged and respected.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee if you cancel your appointment day of your lash appointment. I will also charge a 20% cancellation fee if you’re more than 10 minutes late for a refill appointment and 15 minutes late for a full appointment if it effects my next appointment time and I will have to get you rescheduled. No show appointments will be charged a 20% fee as well. If you no show without reaching out to me or responding you will be banned from booking with me moving forward. Please reach out to me in advance if you need to cancel or are not going to make it to your appointment.
